Question 1: Do you practice any sports?


Our first question deals with a basic component of what is considered a
healthy lifestyle: sport.
Sports provide many beneficial elements to health. Not only are we in
better shape, sport has also proven to help with stress, sleep and mood.
Various studies have already proven that people who practice sports
usually have a better outlook and attitude towards life.
Our results display that 50% of the people who partook in this test pursue
physical activities on a regular basis, while the other 50% admits to
practicing sports from time ti time. This is a positive result because it
demonstrates that the vast majority of people engage in some sort of sport,
which as said before, is a major key to preserve health.

Question 2 : How much water do you drink a day?


Our second question talks about yet another really important health factor.
drinking water. Our bodies are mainly composed of water, and there are
numerous advantageous qualities associated with it. Hydration is vital for
our body to function properly, because it helps us to eliminate toxins and a
myriad of harmful entities, among other things.
The results were staggeringly good. 50% of people who took this test drink
more than 1 liter a day, while the rest drink at least one liter or up to 2
glasses a day, which should be the bare minimum.
