I loved to ate a lot but as much as I liked it there's way more in life than just fed myself up; I
knew that a good routine of trained is as important as a balance diet, also we had been practice
some healthy habits such as got full nights of sleeped and walked regularly. In my personal
context, I went a volleyball player so as a part of my routine I ran and jumped around to got
better each day I even throwed the ball with my fellow partners. However if you wanted to got in
shape I recommended you to go jogged as I thought that's the best cardio exercise. Followed a
diet from your nutritionist and just saw how your body turns into a well built machine. I prefered
my sport because I hated walking around my neighborhood but if you had the time go for long
walked them you should.
