I thought I would lose my mind….our two year old refrigerator died and I got a lot more gray hair! NO, not Tom…me…that’s…colored! I won’t bore you with the details other than from June 11th through June 24th the repairman came 6 times and couldn’t fix it and probably ruined it. I could write a book on this saga! In this saga I had to run to the Rock that is Higher than I! The next scheduled repair was July 1st. We lost all our frozen food and some of the cold food, over $360.00. The good part OUR MISSION & VISION is we bought an extended protection plan when we got it. Monica is a Carboholic! 2. Monica can only do 1,500 calories a day for the rest of her life! When I heard Dr. Klink tell me those words it finally hit home at the age of 65. I am actually doing 1,200 to 1,500. I now have lost 43 pounds since December 29th and have 57 pounds to go. I hated the word DIET until yesterday. I get a daily text message from a weight management group in South Carolina. The word "diet" comes from a Greek word meaning "manner of living" what we'd call lifestyle.
