CORONAVIRUS PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES

Dear Valued Customer;

Following the outbreak and continued spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) across the world, and
the presidential declaration confirming the coronavirus as a national disaster, we recognise the
importance of the safety of our customers, staff, suppliers, business partners and the communities in
which we operate.

We have put measures in place to reduce the risk of exposure and spread of the coronavirus as
follows:

1. We have scaled down on staff presence across all CABS branches and office locations.
Remote working capability has been made available to staff working from their homes.
2. With effect from Thursday 26 March 2020, we will be temporarily closing some of our
branches: namely Chisipite, Westgate, Arundel, Chitungwiza, Kelvin Corner, Mutual Gardens,
Northridge Park, Platinum Central Avenue, Bulawayo Fife street, Beitbridge, Plumtree, Kariba
and Victoria Falls. Please note, Platinum Northridge Park remains open.
3. We have introduced additional cleaning procedures and made available sanitising wipes at
entrance and exit points across all our business offices and banking halls. We encourage you
to make use of these upon entry and exit of premises.
4. Timeous communication is sent to all staff to ensure that:
• they are aware of any updates on the escalation of the virus,
• they are educated on the preventative measures and medical procedures in the
event of exposure in line with global medical and scientific advice.
5. We have suspended all non-essential business events, gatherings, activations and sporting
activities.

To limit your risk of exposure, we encourage you to reduce visits to the branch; use our internet
banking or mobile banking platforms on *227# or mobile App. You can download the mobile App
on Google Play or App store. We also encourage you to reduce usage of physical cash during this
period.

As the situation evolves, we will actively monitor and assess the risks so that we can implement
changes to ensure a high level of safety for all our stakeholders.
