The Deadly Coronavirus and Safety Measures!

The Wuhan virus has become the deadliest pandemic since the beginning of 2020. It's not a good
start of the year yet. We all are freaking about the coronavirus. Shall we be freaking or shall we
act to beat the pandemic? As all the world leaders and the leading organizations are on it, we
individually should be prepared and we should prepare ourselves to get rid of the situation. There
had never been any diseases that we couldn't have fought back.

It's a virus and it's not the only whichever has erupted. The symptoms will be flu-like symptoms
such as:

 Running Nose
 Headache
 Dry cough
 Fever more than 100 F
 Lethargy
 chest pain
 Pneumonic symptoms
 Weaknesses
Our body is always prepared to fight back the foreign bodies but for this entirely new strain, our
body has no memory defense cells now so that they can act immediately but our body act, fight
and gets lethargic then the virus dominates and we get the symptoms. So, we need to be strong
enough mentally and physically to fight strongly with this ghost.

Preventive measures

 Workout daily
 Sleep 8 hours
 Eat healthy
 No junk foods
 Drink more water
 Take electrolytes
 Avoid crowded places
 Use masks
 Don't touch your mouth, nose, eyes with your hands.
 Wash your hands with hand wash
 Use sanitizers
 No handshaking
Preventive measures while traveling

 Use mask (high efficiency like N95)

 Use sanitizers
 Stay away from people who are coughing, sneezing or who are traveling from the
epicenter.
 Drink more water
 Sleep well

The most important thing is to be mentally strong. Keep saying I am strong enough to fight any
diseases. I can fight back, we can fight back.

Stay safe stay healthy!
