INSTRUCTIONS

Each candidate should be provided with the following:

 -4 beakers of 250ml
 -4 pieces of visking tubing measuring10cm each
 -4 pieces of threads measuring 0.5m each
 -means of timing
 10 % concentrated solution of sodium chloride labeled solution B(200ml)
 -distilled water labeled solution A (500ml) in a beaker
 -0.1% sucrose solution labeled solution C (20ml)
 -4 labels
 tissue paper
 10 ml measuring cylinder
 Distilled water in a wash bottle
