CONSULTATION PACKAGE:

If you want us to mail you the course details and university names as per your choice of course
than our consulta on charges are 20,000 INR for that.

In this package we will let you know the list of courses available according to your profile and the
universi es in which you can apply for the required course.

PAYMENT – You have to pay 20,000 INR in advance.

ADMISSION PACKAGE:

If you want us to arrange an admission le er from the College/University selected by you than
we charge 50,000 INR for that. In case of rejec on from all the 7 Universi es, 25,000 INR are
refundable. If the student wants to apply for more than 7 universi es then there are extra
charges of 3,000 INR for each addi onal university.

In this package you will get complete informa on regarding your course of interest and your
preferred university and the admission le er from that college/university.

PAYMENT – You have to pay 50,000 INR in advance and we will arrange the admission le er. In
case if you don’t get the admission from all the chosen Universi es then 25,000 INR is
refundable.

VISA ASSISTANCE PACKAGE:

This package is for those who are already having the admission le er from any university and
they want us to guide them for the visa process. We will guide you about how to prepare the visa
applica on file which includes list of required documents, file prepara on and interview
prepara on along with an expected ques onnaire. It also includes accommoda on. To avail this
package you need to pay us 50,000 INR in advance.

PAYMENT – You will pay us 50,000 INR for visa assistance in advance. In case of Visa Rejec on
35,000 INR is refundable.

COMPLETE PACKAGE:

If you want our services in visa applica on as well as your admission in your choice of college than
we charge 1,00,000 INR for this service.

This package includes your admission applica on in maximum 7 universi es (selected by the
student from the list of course op ons provided by us), if student wants to apply for more than 7
universi es then there are extra charges of 3,000 INR for each addi onal university and this
package also includes the admission le er from your preferred college/university as well as your
visa filling and your interview prepara on for the visa.

We will also arrange for your ACCOMODATION in this Package.

a er ge ng the admission le er. In case if you don’t get the admission then 15,000 INR is
refundable from first installment and in case of visa rejec on the second installment of 65,000

MASTERS + LANGUAGE PACKAGE (A1-B1):

In this service package all our services are included star ng with the Admission process, Visa
process assistance, Accommoda on booking assistance and German language from A1 up to B1.
For this package our charges will be 1, 25,000 INR.

This package includes your admission applica on in maximum 7 universi es (selected by the
student from the list of course op ons provided by us), if student wants to apply for more than 7
universi es then there are extra charges of 3,000 INR for each addi onal university and this
package also includes the admission le er from your preferred college/university as well as your
visa filling and your interview prepara on for the visa.

We will also arrange for your ACCOMODATION in this Package.

Also the students can take German language classes up to B1 before star ng their program in
Germany at our ins tute.

FOR PHD :
If you want our services in visa applica on as well as your admission in your choice of college
than we charge 1,00,000 INR for this service. This package includes sending your research
proposal to various German universi es (not restricted to any par cular number as stated in
Master’s packages. We’ll be applying for maximum op ons) and the offer/acceptance le er from
university as well as your visa filing and your interview prepara on. We will also arrange
ACCOMODATION in this Package.

PAYMENT – Ini ally you have to pay 50,000 INR and the balance amount 50,000 INR is payable
a er ge ng the offer le er. In case if your research proposal is not accepted then 25,000 INR is
refundable from first installment and in case of visa rejec on the second installment of INR
(50,000+ 2 months of s pend) is completely refundable.

NOTE :
Addi onally, Service Tax (as applicable) has to be paid.

Addi onally, if the student wants to apply for more than 7 universi es then there are extra
charges of 3,000 INR for each addi onal university.

The cost of Notariza on has to be borne by the student. It’s the student’s duty to submit
the duly notarized copies of his/her documents, as required by the university/ies.

We need at least 10 days a er enrolment or documents submission (whichever is later) to

provide the list of Courses as per your profile.

All these packages exclude the Visa Fee and Air-Ticket.

The mode of payment will be through DD/CHEQUE/ONLINE TRANSFER. NO CASH

payment will be accepted.

All these are individual packages and can be clubbed together on later up grada on of any
package. In case of up grada on you need to pay the balance amount (as per the chosen
package that you have upgraded to) within a me frame of 15 days. Else, you have to pay
for the upgraded package individually.

If there is any applica on fee charged by the College/University in your chosen course than
the student has to bear that applica on fee apart from our charges.

The rent and security deposit of accommoda on has to be paid by the student.

For Masters + PhD students Installments would be of INR (50,000 + 75,000 + 2 months of
s pend) a er ge ng the admission le er.

For PHD students, the 2nd installments would be of INR (50,000 + 2 months of s pend)
a er ge ng the acceptance from the University for PhD.
