    Script: A Potential Recruiter from XYZ company visits the campus to hire for final
    placements. He is offering marketing and sales profile for 8L package in a
    metropolitan city. He conducts Group Discussion and Personal Interview for the
    selection process. All the students performed in the GD and among them only 2 were
    selected. Final interviews were taken whereby only 1 was hired.

    Conclusion: People got rejected in the GD due to being aggressive, having casual
    attitude and being dominating. In Personal Interview round candidate who got selected
    possessed confidence, maintained eye contact, had right posture and good
    communication skills. While the other one lacked these skills as he was having low
    confidence, nervousness and was distressed.
