Alright, we also wanted to inform you that we have a new service since last week. It's called
Virtual Clinic, and through this service you can get in touch with one of our doctors through
video conference. It is a much safer way to have a consultation, without having to travel to a
specific location.

First of all it is necessary to have an account on the Regina Maria app, which you can
find in the app store or play store, or on the website www.reginamaria.ro. You can make your
account by going to the My Account section, then Creating an account.
The next requirement is to have a device with internet connection, video camera,
microphone, speakers or headphones. On this device you will need to download the TEAMS
app. You can find it on the app store or play store if you choose to use a mobile phone or if you
use a laptop you can find it under the name of MICROSOFT TEAMS. I mention that you don’t
need an account on this app.
Now, after you save an appointment in the Virtual Clinic, you will receive a link to the
email address you provided your account with, which becomes active 30 minutes before the
scheduled time. By accessing this link you will enter a kind of virtual waiting room, and the
doctor will appeal at the appointed time for the appointment.
The medical report will be available in your account at CONSULTATION section.
The invoice will be available the next day and will also appear in your account. If you have any
payment, you can pay online or by payment order.

If you are given a prescription you can ask your doctor to include it in your medical report or
send you a picture of it. It will have the same value as a prescription given at a regular
consultation.
