Nurse:  Good morning Ms. . My name is and I’ll be looking after you for this morning. 

Patient:  Good morning Ms

Nurse:  How are you feeling today? 1

Patient:  I’m feeling good.

Nurse : o yeah, before that i just want to say sorry for my mistake.

Patient : sorry for what?

Nurse : Yesterday I wronged your intervention, because I intervened not based on the status of the
problem Ms and after I saw the status record of the Ms, I realized that my intervention was different
from the problem that the Ms was experiencing, so i ablogize for that.

Patieent : you have long worked here you should have a good look first, if there is a problem again to me
who is responsible,

Nurse : once again I apologize, because it is my fault, I hope you, you can forgive me for that.

Pasient : yeah I'm forgive you but I want to tell you that next time please don't repeat yeah.

Nurse : yeah mis thank you very much.
