Welcome to the ZEISS Measuring Services
We offer services in measurement with coordinate measuring machines, measuring-
machine programming, control fixtures as well as associated equipment and
services.
With our modern premises and well experienced employees within this field, we are
your resource for measurement and associated services in the manufacturing and
research sectors.
We can help you with measurement capacity and quality development. We can also
assist with interpretation and analysis of the results as well as the important step of
preparing the information for utilization.
We have the capacity to do everything from measurement of individual pieces such
as series measurements and even entire turnkey projects. This covers everything
from preparation, fixturing, measuring machine programming to commissioning in
your own measurement department.
This is independent of whether you are using ZEISS measuring machines or other
brands.
Measurements using coordinate-measuring machines
Our measurement department can measure and evaluate individual pieces and
geometries in coordinate-measuring machines for quality departments and research
laboratories. Measurements can be performed not only by ZEISS’s coordinate-
measuring machines, but also manually. We perform measurement assignments on
anything from individual pieces to large series.
Examples of some of our measurement assignments:
• Measurement and adaptations of car bodies and interior details in the motor
vehicle industry.
• High-precision control measurements of machine-finished or injection-molded
pieces.
• Measurements using a scanning function of the detailed structure with presen-
tation of the data as graphic models.
• Gear measurements
• Fixture measurements
• High-precision measurement of geometries on surfaces or cross-sections, such
as moulding tools.
Programming
We can program your ZEISS measuring machines. We use the following measurement
programs: ZEISS CALYPSO, HOLOS, iDA, GEARPRO and DMIS engine.
