1. Coment : Relaxation program is a program that aims to release stress. The body will
be more calm and relaxed. Anyone can do it and can be done anywhere. in this
program relaxation is performed for the muscles in our body, muscles that are tense
after a dense and tiring activity. The recommended methods are easy and can be done
alone, can be done at home and free. The main thing to do is close your eyes and take
a breath and exhale. the feeling gained will feel more calm, something is loose to be
relieved. furthermore, relaxation of the other limbs, the legs relaxes the leg muscles
and makes it feel as if the feet can relax and not tense.

- nothing important, no past, no future, only the present
- release any tension and let it flow down through the bottom of your foot
- all the big muscles that carry our body's burden all this time, which do so much work
for us
- there is even emotional pain because sometimes we always hold it there
