COLLEGE OF CRIMINOLOGY

This coursed deals with the Study of the fundamental principles of criminal evidence as embodied in the rules of court, the distinction of the
various kinds of evidence and their credibility and relevance; the requirements of admissibility. It also focuses on the main classification of
evidence such as object, documentary and testimonial evidence including their well settled rule. The students are expected to apply the
basic requirement on how evidence being collected and submitted before the court.

1.) Discuss the basic concept about criminal evidence while the reporting is on deck
2.) Apply the principles of high quality assessment through the interaction with the student to other student.
3.) Apply the principles of test development through the quizzes conducted after the reporting of the student.
4.) Implement scenarios analysis and validation through student’s interaction.
5.) Explain the authentic and alternative assessment methods through giving clarification during reporting.
