Trouble shooting steps

 Ensure that Phone and Bulb are within the coverage area of WiFi Network
 At the time of Installation/Configuration Phone should be connected to Stable
Wi-Fi network
 Ensure all Location and Privacy services are enabled and granted access for
SYSKA Smart Home App on IoS as well as Android
 Wi-Fi Router should be on 2.4Ghz Network while pairing and usage
 Once Paired or Configured, Customer should avoid changing name of SSID/Wi-Fi
Network Name.
 In case, customer has changed/Updated password of the Router; Customer can
reset the bulb and pair again with SYSKA Smart Home
 Customer should check the brightness and contrast level on the App, bulb control
screen to ensure that it is not dimmed. In case of using Alexa, Customer can try
using voice assistant “Alexa, change brightness of (Name of the Bulb) to 100%
