Project Summarization
The rapid development of the fast food industry brings much convenience to people’s
modern life with a fast rhythm, and at the same time, the used EPS fast food dishware
causes the increasingly serious “white pollution” to the natural environment. With
strengthening of the consciousness on environment protection all over the world, many
countries have legislated to forbid or confine the usage of EPS as the row material for
package products and dishware. Some related ministries of Chinese government and local
governments have also promulgated regulations to forbid and confine the one-off fast food
dishware made from EPS. For instance, in order to solve the problem of “white pollution”,
the Chinese Ministry of Railway has already forbidden the usage of one-off EPS fast food
dishware on all the trains. According to the statistics, in more than 40 cities, the one-off
EPS dishware is forbidden to use at present. Approved by the Chinese State Council, the
Chinese State Ministry of Economy and Trade promulgated the 6th Order of the year, in
February 1999. It publicized the first group of the List of Eliminated Out-of-date Production
Capacity, Process and Product. The EPS dishware is listed in, and is straightforward
ordered to be washed out by the end of the year of 2000.
It is certain that the one-off EPS fast food container should be eliminated through the
society’s selection, and the one-off pulp moulding fast food dishware is the ideal
environmentally friendly substitute of EPS product. PMP industry has an expansive market

Production technology
Process
Pulp moulding food container is produced with straw pulp board. The main straw fiber
is reed pulp, wheat straw pulp, Chinese silver grass pulp, bagasse pulp and bamboo pulp
with an abundant resource and a lower price than wood pulp, and its property is fit for pulp
moulding food container.
Otherwise according to the request of high-grade product, a spot of wood pulp and non-
toxic and smell-free additives that meet the state foodstuff healthy demand are mixed in to
obtain some function.
2-2 Process
Remarks:
a. Customers should build the white water pool and pulp pool pursuant to the request
b. The customer should be responsible for the capital construction and decoration of the
workshop pursuant to the request.
c. The vacuum pump and air compressing equipment needed in the production line should
be prepared by the customers.
d. All the necessary heating system needed should be purchased by the customers
according to our guide and standard.
e. All the necessary pipelines, valves, electrical wires and cable and so on should be
stocked by the customers.
f. The mould is separately collocated according to the customer’s request.

Remarks:
If other pulp moulding products are manufactured such as: bowl, cup, plate and tray
etc, due to the request of the market, the profits are much higher. The above analysis can
be referenced for their profits calculation.
To effectively decrease the production cost, the production line HYC-B Series adopt
the advanced technology of organic carrier heating, which reduces 60~70% energy
consumption of drying than traditional electricity heating. At the same time it saves the cost
and investment on electricity load enlarging.
The production line HYC-B Series adopt the most update technology of air-oil pressure
adding as motility. They are the only series among all the different pulp moulding
production lines for dishware that adopt such advanced technology. With this technology,
they solve the problem of compressing large quantity of air in the simple air driving, and at
the same time keep the superiority of a high driving speed. They solve the problem of a low
speed in the simple liquid driving, and keep the superiority of a high speed and lower
wallop to the equipment and mould.
The technology of the production line HYC-B Series is advanced and unique. With the
vacuum pulp forming technique, the product forming thickness is equal and needs no edge
cutting, which saves the normal 10~15% loss through edge cutting. Fixed wire is used in
the forming and hot pressing, which makes the mould and wire last long and also make it
possible to manufacture products with a more complex figure and a deep depth, such as
grilled trays and hypanthial containers (They are difficult to be manufactured with the
moving wire semi-automation production lines and wire consumption is quite high).
3. The equipment runs with good stabilization and the quality product rate is high.
The production line HYC-B Series are reasonably designed with advanced techniques,
especially the special orientation system, which assures the equipment running with
reliability, stabilization and high quality product rate.
The production line HYC-B Series adopt large superficial mould, and forming and hot
pressing are finished automatically in the same machine. The equipment with a compact
design occupies less room and the production efficiency is high. The number of the
operators of the main equipment is only 1/3 ~ 1/2 of that in the semi-automation inpouring
equipment with the same capacity in China and saves the workshop investment (The main
equipment occupies half of the space with same capacity.) and overhead expenses.
