We are pleased to offer you the position of Estate Manager in our Estate Managers
Office based at Brigade Metropolis Arcade, Mahadevapura ITPL Road.
As discussed and agreed with you, you will be eligible to receive the following beginning
on your joining date:
This offer letter is valid till 30 th September 2018. Please send a signed copy of this letter
indicating your acceptance to join and resignation acceptance letter from your current
employer to our Committee members.
Your Appointment Letter will be issued on the date of joining. The joining formalities
and induction will be carried out in our Estate Managers Office based at Brigade
Metropolis Arcade, Mahadevapura ITPL Road, Bengaluru, office.
Please submit the following documents to HR at the time of your joining: (1)
photocopies of your degree certificates, (2) certifications, if any, (3) experience/
relieving letters (4) two color passport-size photos, (5) latest salary slip from your
previous organization and (6) proof of address.

This has reference to your application and subsequent interviews you have had with <
BMAOWA. We are pleased to appoint you as Estate Manager in its Brigade Metropolis
Arcade Property Management function based at Brigade Metropolis Arcade,
Mahadevapura ITPL Road, Bengaluru, office. Your employment will be governed by
the following terms and conditions:
2. Sales Incentive: As per the prevailing company scheme Only Applicable for
Sales personnel. The incentive will be at the discretion of management and
will be up to Rs 5000/month.
4. Working Hours
Your working hours will be 10 am to 6:30 pm as per the current company policy. The
company observes a 6-day work week.
5. Date of Appointment
Your date of appointment as per company records is 1-09-2018.
6. Salary Increase
Increase in your salary will be reviewed periodically as per the policy of the Company.
Increments in the salary range will be based on demonstrated results and effectiveness
of performance during the period of review.
7. Probation Period
You will be on probation for a period of six months from the date of your appointment.
On satisfactory completion of the probation period, you will be confirmed in service.
If not confirmed after six months, this order will continue to be in operation, and the
probation period will stand extended automatically till further notice.
8. Leave
You will be governed by the current Leave Policy of the company for permanent
employees
9. Travel
Whenever you are required to undertake travel on Company work, you will be
reimbursed travel expenses as per Company rules.
10. Responsibilities
In view of your office, you must effectively perform to ensure results. Your performance
would be reviewed as per the Company’s Performance Management System.
11 Commercial dealings
There will be no commercial dealings with the owners or Tenants of the shops of
the Arcade building. This includes commissions for renting, selling, or any
services provided to them. If you are found to indulge in commercial dealings then
BMAOA can initiate disciplinary proceedings including relieving you from your
position.
Should you resign after confirmation, the Company will have the option to accept your
resignation either with immediate effect, and pay you three months’ salary in lieu of
notice period or accept it effective any day up to the end of the notice period and pay
you salary for the remaining period from the acceptance of resignation till the end of the
notice period.
13. Transfer
You will be liable to be transferred to any other department or establishment or branch
or subsidiary of the Company in India or abroad. In such a case, you will be governed
by the terms and conditions of service as applicable to the new assignment.
18. On termination
On termination of this contract, you will immediately give up to the Company all
correspondence, specifications, formulae, books, documents, market data, cost data,
literature, drawings, effect or records, etc. belonging to the Company or relating to its
business and shall not make or retain any copies of these items.
19. General
The above terms and conditions are based on Company Policy, Procedures and other
Rules and Regulations currently applicable to the Company’s employees and are subject
to amendments and adjustments from time to time.
Please communicate your acceptance of this appointment by signing a copy of this letter
and returning it to us.
