position. Julia worked as a Nursing intern at the Medication Management Center (MMC), where
I was her manager and direct supervisor from April 2019 till January 2020.

Julia was an essential member of our team and was critical to the success in our Telehealth
Medication Therapy Management program. Her importance was a result of her many valuable
characteristics. Julia is adaptable, persistent, hardworking, and intelligent.

During her time at the MMC Julia utilized her abilities to develop great critical thinking and
communication techniques. She also deepened her knowledge of medications and patient
counseling.

Julia provided great service and care to our patients and was excellent at communicating with the
team. She is an empathetic person who listens well to her patients. She was also very invested in
the overall success of the center. She frequently would work on special projects and extra hours
to help us reach our goals.

Julia has my highest recommendation for the new graduate nurse position at this hospital. I have
no doubt she will make a great Registered Nurse and an excellent addition to your team. Please
