Sterling and Wilson
Sterling & Wilson was established in 1927 as Wilson Electric
Works. Sterling & Wilson was formed in 1973. Between
1973-1993, the company focused on various projects in the
Middle-East before becoming an active player in the local
market. Having executed over 1500 high-value projects since,
Sterling & Wilson, has evolved as India's leading MEP
(Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) services company that has
a pan-India presence. With excellent project management

generator business is handled by Sterling and Wilson Powergen

Sterling Generators
Established in the year 2005, Sterling Generators Pvt. Ltd. is a
sister concern of Sterling and Wilson Ltd. It is also an integral
part of the Shapoorji Pallonji Group of companies.
The SGPL plant is spread over an 8 acre property and is
equipped with the most technologically advanced equipments
for fabrication, 14 tanks for surface treatment, powder
coating and state-of-the-art PLC based testing facility upto
3000 KW, which is the first of its kind in the country.
Our successful tie-ups with the global leaders in diesel engine
manufacturers, namely Escorts-India, TATA Motors Ltd. - India,
MTU-Germany, Perkins-UK, Volvo Penta - Sweden and
Maxxforce-India, has helped set benchmarks in fuel efficiency,
reliability and adherence to global emission norms. Sterling
Generators also enjoys the support of Stamford, TDPS & Leroy
Somer for alternators and technological support.
With more than 1700 Gensets having a capacity of 1260 MW
