SECTION 1202 DAMAGE TO PUBLIC SEWER/PRIVATE SEWAGE
DISPOSAL SYSTEM - Deposition of any material that could damage the disposal system is unlawful - Rain or surface water shall not be discharged into excreta drainage system - No Cesspool, Septic tank effluents, Seepage pit or Underdrain system shall be connected to the excreta building sewer leading to public sewer main - No food waste grinder shall be connected to disposal system - Approved Type Watertight Sewage *Waste water holding tank

- CO not required for 3.0 meter length of building sewer from building drain Note All required building sewer cleanouts shal be extended to finish grade - CO shall be installed to allow cleaning on the direction of flow, or at right angle - CO under concrete or asphalt shall be made accessible by strong yard boxes with hinged cover or extending the top cover with counter sunk operating nut flush - CO on manhole should be approved by the administrative authority *Maximum distance of Manhole = 91.0 meters - Inlet and outlet pipes connection of manhole shall be made by a Flexible Compression Joints and closer than 0.3 meters - No flexible compression joint shall be embedded inside the manhole base

- Bottom of the water pipe at all points shall have atleast 3.0 meters above the top of the drain line - The water pipe shall be placed on a solid shelf with horizontal clear distance atleast 3.0 meters - Water pipe crossing sewer line shall be laid 3.0 meters above the sewer or drain line - Water pipe joints shall have a clear distance of 3.0 meters to any sewer line

SECTION 1210 ABANDONED SEWERS AND SEWAGE DISPOSAL FACILITIES
- Every abandoned sewer line shall be Plugged or Capped 1.50 meters from the property line - All abandoned sewerage compartments shall have the sewage removed and completely filled with Earth, Sand , Gravel, Concrete or approved materials
