The Advantages of Triathlon

Do you ever easily feel tired or something? Do you ever wonder what the cause of that?
One of the causes of your body get easily tired probably because your body not doing enough
sports or activities that make your body move. There are so many sports that we can do. From
the sports that we do it on the water, on the land and in the air. Triathlon is the sport where we do
the activities on the water and land at once. In this sport, we do the swimming, cycling and
running in the certain distances. This sport is challenging and also gives many advantages in the
same time. The advantages that we can get from doing triathlon are making our body healthier,
train our mental health to not get easily give up on something and also boots our body endurance.

Triathlon could make our body healthier because of several reasons . This could happen
because when we do the triathlon, which we do swimming, cycling and running continued, our
body move so we produce sweat. Sweating is a good process because in this condition our body
pull the toxic from inside our body to come out.

By doing triathlon we also train our mental health to not get easily give up. This could be
done because when we do triathlon we need big effort to finish all the physical activities that
really exhaust us. Doing the swimming, cycling and running continuously really challenging us.
We need the big effort to finish those sports in a row. This way of thinking can we apply in our
daily basis of mindset. This all about changing our mindset to not to think give up. When we up
on something we push ourself to the limit, so we can facing ourself and finished what we have
started. This sport also teach us about being in the competition. We compete with ourself to be
not lose with ourself.
