SELF- REFLECTION

First of all, I got new experienced which is find a foreigner for doing the interview. It
was very difficult for seaching the foreigner. Even I had been rejected by foreigner,
but it never make me give up on that sintuation. The experinced make my confident
level becoming high. I’am able improved my confidence using English while interview
the foreigner. For example, when I’m interview the foreigner, I got more confident to
asking the quetions to them using in English language and communicate like friendly.
In fact, it can help me to speak spontaneously and help me to converse fully
in English language. Futhermore, I being more brave people. For example, I
being more brave while talked to people for be my foreigner for interview. A part
from that, i’m brake to take a challanged to be my interviewer in the different people
who came in different country. And finally, I got my interviewer which as Rebbeca
from Germany. She is 35 years old but she looks like still young from her age. For
the last my self-reflection is the strong of friendship. On that day, I was a late for
one hours and half because asleep at my room. I said sorry to all my team because
doing a mistake, but they all just forgive me and never angry to me. That case learn
me something that sometimes we need to understand each other because we are
not that they place.
The friendship concept is very meaningful to me because we need full cooperation
while doing the task and we all dit it. Thankyou team.
