Objective: Improve the internal communication within Nkhoma Mission Hospital, with the

main focus on digital communication improvement. This with the purpose to increase
employee engagement, produce productivity and reduce friction between team members.
 
Main question: What are the necessary elements for good internal communication at
Nkhoma Mission Hospital?

1 Out of which components does internal communication consists (literature)
2 Which cultural elements can influence internal communication? (literature)
3 How is the current internal communication being used and experienced by staff and
management? (research)
4 Which are the possible drawbacks & improvements in the current internal communication,
according to staff and management? (research)

Delimitation:

Malawian staff and expatriate workers
