TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The products are supplied at retailer’s price or any special price as decided by the
federation from time to time. The operator should compulsorily sell liquid milk.

2. TSDDCF Ltd will supply Vijaya (Telangana) Liquid milk on Vender price.

3. All supplies on Cash & Carry only.

4. The Operator has to give refundable performance cum security deposit of

Rs.10000/- and milk vendor deposit of Rs 5000/- to the Federation by way of
Demand Draft in favour of The Managing Director, TSDDCF Ltd, Payable
Hyderabad with no interest.

5. Cost of Kiosk: In case of open land Operator has to construct / fabricate the
structure at his own cost as per the Federation approved design.

6. Operator has to obtain necessary FSSAI, Trade License or any other statutory
licenses to run the parlour.

7. The operator should not sell any other competitive dairy products other than Vijaya
(Telangana) dairy products, however they can sell other selected products
approved by Federation.

8. Party has to enter an Agreement with TSDDCF Ltd on Rs.100 Bond Paper.

9. Federation will provide cooling unit (if required) by charging 50% cost of the unit
i.e., Visi-Cooler / chest cooler.

10. For sale of Vijaya Telangana branded ice creams will be supplied by the
Franchisee M/s.Meghana Foods. In case of deep Freezer is required the
Franchisee shall supply by charging minimum deposit of 15,000/-.

11. Customized schemes will be offered to Vijaya Priority Parlours as and when it is
required.
