The Danger Of Stay Too Late For Health

Staying up late is a condition where we stay awake from late at night until early
morning. Most people stay up late because of reasons it is difficult to sleep, deadlines
pursued to do the task or work, and others.

Most people may not realize that staying up late is a bad behavior to do, because it
can cause various diseases.

Here are some things that will occur as a result of staying up late often:
1. Blood sugar levels rise
Citing Bustle, conducted a study in 2015 of a female participant who often did staying
up late. It turned out that from the results of his research, women who often stayed up late
were easier to raise their blood sugar. If it continues, maybe hyperglycemia or high blood
sugar levels can lead to cardiovascular disease and kidney damage.

2. Risk of heart disease

Staying up late can endanger the heart condition. A research study revealed that every
one hour of reduced sleep can increase the risk of heart disease by 11%. Keep in mind that
our heart needs rest every day, one of which is by getting enough sleep so that the heart can
return to work properly tomorrow.

3. Increase in body weight

Often occurs when staying up late, we will feel excessive hunger. In the end, we went
to the kitchen to look for food / snacks. Eating habits at night is very risky to gain weight.
Because after eating, we will feel sleepy and immediately fall asleep which will disrupt the
body to burn fat and digest food.

4. Feeling tired
By staying up late, we will lack the time to rest, causing us to be tired and dizzy when
we wake up, which will cause our activities to be less productive.

5. High blood pressure

Try to check your blood pressure when you wake up. A study in 2013 found that
about 30% of people who often spend the night at high risk will experience an increase in
blood pressure. One example, if you are going to do a blood drive then try to stay up late
before. Surely you will not succeed in making a blood donor, because of high hemoglobin
levels.

The things above need to be observed, for a healthier life 
