(4) TJB 5&6 Ash Pond Contract Price

＊Note:
(1) "Mobilize to Site for Site Services / Mobilization of B&V Erection Subcontractor" means when that particular party’s site personnel first arrive at site as a "Permanent resident of the Local area" for execution of the work scope.

(2) "Complete Erection (First step)" is defined as placement of 1st set of equipment/material on the foundation or near the foundation or structure. It also includes work in the Temporary Facilities or other designated area in preparation of the work activity associated with the erection milestone, i.e. assembly or pre-assembly prior to erection at the permanent location.

(3) "Completion of Initial Walkdown" is the timing of the first Walkdown performed to verify the level of construction completion. The parties create an internal contractor erection completion punchlist. This list defines items to be completed prior to formal hand-over to commissioning teams in order to commence pre-commissioning/commissioning works. Provided that there are no
major items listed on Punch list (Only A Category Items in line with Project Quality Plan/TJB56-EPC-ON-C-00-PM-PLA-0016), Initial Walkdown Completion Certificate can be used as Supporting Document.
(4) "Completion of Preoperational Checkout" is the timing of the first Preoperational Checkout performed designating the start of the commissioning of the equipment/system after handover from construction.

(5) "Site Inspection Report" shall be reviewed and signed by Owner, before it is submitted as Supporting Document.
(6) "Material Receiving Report" shall be reviewed and signed by Owner, before it is submitted as Supporting Document.
(7) "Notification Report with Photo" and "Notification Letter with Photo"shall be reviewed and signed by Owner, before it is submitted as Supporting Document.
(8) "Test Report" shall be submitted for Owner's review/reference or approal in accordance with the relevant Inspection Test Plan/ Inspection test Procedures and should be at "Approved" or "Approved with Comment" or "Accepted for Information/Reference" or "Accepted with Comment" status, before its is submitted as Supporting Document.
(9) "(CHO)": Civil Handover
(10) "Partial Access" is the timing when access for preparation work by Lot 2 is commenced.
(11) "Start LV Switchgear Erection (Water Treatment)" is defined as placement of 1st set of equipment/material of LV Switchgear (Water Treatment) on the foundation or near the foundation or structure. It also includes work in the Temporary Facilities or other designated area in preparation of the work activity associated with the erection milestone, i.e. assembly or pre-
assembly prior to erection at the permanent location.
(12) "Start Erection of SWFGD U/G Pipe" is defined as placement of 1st set of pipe in the trench or near the trench.
(13) "DeMin Water Avaliable" is defined as when the water treatment system is able to produce permanent demin water.
(14) "Ready to/for Receive" is defined as when particular system is ready to receive fuel (oil or coal) to support commissioning works.
(15) "Full Load Operation FGD - (Unit 5/ Unit 6)" is defined as when each Unit 5 and Unit 6 SWFGD achieves full load for the first time under ECR conditions.
(16) "Civil Handover Certificate" should have been accepted by Lot(s) who takes the civil handover.
