Please quote your redBus Ticket number / HDFC Bank SmartBuy reference number/ redBus PNR for all future
communications related to this booking; and quote the redBus PNR for all future communications with the redBus.
Please carry a valid photo identity card (Voter ID Card, PAN Card, Driving License) at the time of Boarding, without which the
bus operator may deny you seat.
The departure time mentioned on the ticket is only tentative timings. However the bus will not leave the source before the time
that is mentioned on the ticket.
Amenities for the bus as shown on SmartBuy have been provided by the redBus and in turn have been configured and
provided by the bus provider (bus operator). These amenities will be provided unless there are some exceptions on certain
days. Please note that SmartBuy/ redBus provide this information in good faith to help passengers to make an informed
decision. The liability of the amenity not being made available lies with the operator and not with SmartBuy/ redBus.
Your travel on this ticket is subject to Bus operator and Partner terms and conditions.
Change of bus: In case the bus operator changes the type of bus due to some reason, redBus will refund the differential
amount to the customer upon being intimated by the customers in 24 hours of the journey (to redBus).
In case a booking confirmation e-mail and sms gets delayed or fails because of technical reasons or as a result of incorrect e-
mail ID / phone number provided by the user etc, a ticket will be considered 'booked'.
Grievances and claims related to the bus journey should be reported to redBus support team within 10 days of your travel date.
Please note the following regarding the luggage policy for your journey:
Each passenger is allowed to carry one bag of upto 10 kgs and one personal item such as a laptop bag, handbag, or
briefcase of upto 5 kgs.
Passengers should not carry any goods like weapons, inflammable, firearms, ammunition, drugs, liquor, smuggled
goods etc and any other articles that are prohibited under law.
Bus Operator reserves the right to deny boarding or charge additional amount in case passenger is travelling with extra
luggage than what is mentioned above

You can also cancel your complete (Full ticket) or partial redBus tickets, booked through SmartBuy website and APP, Online
through My Orders in Manage Booking section after login.
Please note that the cancellation of primary traveler will result in cancelling entire ticket. Primary traveler in the ticket cannot be
modified.
For any modifications, please contact the bus operator directly. Neither redBus nor SmartBuy will be able to assist on the ticket
modifications.
HDFC Bank SmartBuy is not responsible for any cancellations that occur at the partner and/or Bus operator side.
All bookings, modifications and cancellations are subject to Bus operator and redBus terms and conditions.
