Other suggestions:

*The proposed number of sending and receiving students shall not be mapped all. It depends on the demand and
supply in each major study area.

**In case any universities prefer finding its own partner, it shall be 2-side agreement meaning that they have to agree
on sending and receiving students with each other. However, it’s not necessary to send and receive student with the
same amount.
