B. Diagram Process
 The diagram indicates the way milk, cheese, cream and butter are produced, processed and
packaged for sale to consumers.Overall, there are 8 stages in the diagram, starting from cows grazing on
grass, to the sale of dairy products in supermarkets and shops.

At the beginning the cows graze in the fields, after which they are taken to a milking machine
twice a day. Following this, the milk is put into refrigeration storage on a daily basis. Next, the milk is put
into a tanker where it is then ready to be delivered to the dairy on a daily basis.

After the milk is delivered to the dairy, it is subsequently put through a pasteurization process. It
is then turned into various dairy products such as cheese, cream and butter. Finally, as soon as the milk
and dairy products have been processed and packaged, they are then sent out to supermarkets and
shops where they are ready for purchase by consumers.

C. Problem and Solution Essay

“In the developed world, average life expectancy is increasing”

Problem :

 Increase in budget needed by the government for retirement fund and medical care
 Decrease in living space for younger people

Solution :

 Government can extend the retirement age standard needed for senior people to receive their
retirement funds.
 Right now in the modern world, there has been a gradual increase in life expectancy of people.
While this is certainly a good development, it has caused some drawbacks to many countries for
example for the government and the society as a whole. A lot of people has been working for a solution
and I will discuss this further in this essay.

The first is about how governments are affected by this increase in age expectancy. As the number
of senior people increase, the budget that government must provide for the retirement fund and
medical care are also rise up. The next problem is with the growing number of senior people who
occupy more living space then ever. The demand for housing is rising and consequently increase the
price of properties as the number of senior people grow. This will cause a problem for the younger
generation because of the price issue and the fact that they need living space.

The government itself has consider several options to deal with this issue. One of those options is to
extend the retirement age standard. Standard of pension of many countries starts with the age of
relatively 55 years old and this can be extended to 60 or 65 years old since with the development of
technology and medical care, they can live with healthier condition compared to the previous
generation. By doing so, the government’s budget can be lowered or allocated to more important
section for example subsidy young people when they buy a house.

In conclusion, average life expectancy is increasing because of the rapid development of the world
for the last decade. This increase has caused some problems for the government and also individuals
and it is necessary to do some actions to solve this issue.
