This letter constitutes my written one - month notice that I will be

moving out of my apartment at 10th Avenue, Sport-Drive Estate on or
before the 31st January, 2020.

I am leaving because my employer has relocated its offices from Central

Business District to Upper Hill effective 31st December, 2019.

Please contact me on 0721630985 in order to schedule a walk-through

inspection. I expect my security deposit of Kshs. 23,000.00 to be refunded in
full to my Mpesa number indicated above as my apartment is being left in
good condition.
