 Analyze the provided documents based on loan type- Such as FHA/VA/Conventional,
Purchase, Refinance and State specific documents
 Validate availability of required documents- Validity, accuracy and conditions for
Income, Assets and other required document
 Updating the Estimated fees and costs to CMS
 Provide the final findings to Underwriter- with Checklists and analysis

Verification of Assets (VOA):


 Bank statement Validations- Such as Checking, Savings, Retirement funds and
Stocks
 Preparation of asset packages with bank statements, Authorization, Cover sheet &
Audit form
 Fax the asset packages to the respective banks- Based on Verify or Do not verified
bank list

Post Review:
 Validation of asset packages that sent to Borrower’s banks
 Uploading the verified packages into CMS- Based on the verification results
 Updating conditions as client requirement

Pre Funding:
 Validate the Closing documents
 Categorize the closing documents as per client requirement- Such as Deed of Trust,
Note, Closing instructions & Closing disclosures, Etc.,
