Dear Sir,
We take this opportunity to thank you for inviting us for the proposed development of a
bungalow at Lonavala.
As per Drawing recieved we observed and could offer our services in the capacity of structural
consultants to the project with following scope of work under us

1:- Planning of structural Framing.

2:- This bungalow will have mix design (i.e RCC and MS).
3:- Once structural Framing got approved will proceed with Analysis and Design of Structure.
4:- RCC drawing(i.e Foundation ,plinth and roof level structural dwg)
5:- 3site visits will be required (i.e 1st at the time of Foundation before concreting ,2nd before casting of
plinth beams and grade slab , before casting of roof level slab and beams)
6:- So far from drawing it seems like a ground structure with flat RCC slab as roof.
7:- Floor plate of bungalow is 600sqft.
8:- our Structural Designing fees will Rs 20 per sqft.

Fees :- 20*600= Rs 12000/-

Stability certificate :-Rs 5000/-

Our offer is lumsum of Rs 15,000/- + 18% GST

If paid via NetBanking or Cheque.

Site visit's travelling charges will be bare by client/architect.

No extra site visiting fees.

9:- stages of payment.

i:- Rs 6000/- Advance.

ii:- Rs 6000/- after submission of all drawings.
iii:- Rs 3000/- at the time of stability certificate.
