CONDITIONS:
1. The fee structure is available at IBA website http://iba.edu.pk/Fee_Structure_Fall_2014.php

2. Candidates desiring to apply for ‘Need Based Financial Assistance/Financial Aid/Qarz-e-Hasna’ may contact to do so by
applying on the prescribed forms available with the Admission office and also available at
http://iba.edu.pk/News/Notices/IBA_Scholarship_Application_form.pdf. The candidates should apply latest by August 01,
2014. The contact person at City Campus is Ms. Mahwish Butt (Email ID: mbutt@iba.edu.pk, Tel:021-38104701 Extn:1817) and
at Main Campus is Mr. Tanveer Ahmed (Email ID: tahmed@iba.edu.pk, Tel:021-38104700 Extn:2312). These IBA
representatives are available daily from 9:00 am to 12:00 Noon on working days.
3. The offer of admission is subject to statutes, regulations and rules of IBA Karachi as specified in the Program
Announcement 2014-15.
4. The Admission Package will be issued through email on applicant registered email ID on AUGUST 11, 2014.
5. Successful candidates must pay semester and enrollment fees through a bank challan, enclosed in the letter of admission,
in designated branches of FAYSAL BANK by AUGUST 19, 2014 failing which his/her seat will be deemed as vacant. No
reason or excuse for non-payment after August 19, 2014 would be accepted.
6. Deposit the prescribed fees and register yourself by returning to the Undergraduate Program Office at Main Campus
between August 12 - 19, 2014 during office hours on working days.

between August 12 - 19, 2014 during office hours on working days.
7. You are also required to attend an ‘Orientation Session’ scheduled to take place at 8:30 am on Saturday August 23rd, 2014 at
the IBA Main Campus (G & T Auditorium). Attendance of the orientation session is compulsory.
8. Fall Semester Classes will commence on Monday, August 25th, 2014.
9. Classess of BBA will be held at both the IBA Campuses.
