1) FIND YOUR PATH

How? Use SAP Learning Journeys.

Learning Journeys are thematic learning paths

provided by SAP. Currently they are the best
way to get precise information about what
materials you should be studying. Search for
Learning Journey in your desired area e.g.
Finance, Procurement, HR etc.

2) UNDERSTAND YOUR PATH

How? Review your Learning Journey.

Go through you Learning Journey, there should

be dedicated certificate at the end. Tiles in the
Journey will show you the materials that you
will have to study. The best way to obtain them
is by using SAP Learning Hub. Alternatively you
can search for materials via the Internet.

3) GET THE SCOPE

How? Analyze the exam requirements.

All SAP Associate (basic) level exams last

180 minutes (3 hours) and have 80 closed
questions (multiple choice). The cut score
differs but it is in the 60-70% range. Exams
are divided into thematic blocks which
have dedicated learning materials. Check
the details by clicking on the exam tile in
your Learning Journey.

4) KNOW WHAT TO LEARN

How? Take a mock test and review it.

Before studying all of the materials check

sample question to get the hang of your
exam. With this approach you'll know more
or less what to pay special attention to while
studying the material.

5) VERIFY YOUR KNOWLEDGE

How? Schedule and take the exam.

The standard cost of associate level SAP

exam is around 500 Euro and it can be
taken both on-site and remotely. You can
purchase voucher for 6 attempts here. You
can maximally have 3 attempts per 1 exam.
So it is possible to pass 6 different exams
using only one voucher. The voucher is
