THE HERBAL MAN: A GAMECHANGER IN MEDICATION

Authors: Nishant Sinha (Research Scholar-SRMU,Lucknow)

Dr. Alka Singh( Associate Professor- SRMU, Lucknow)

Dr. Mahesh a young researcher who wanted to bring some change to lives of people suffering from
critical diseases reached a break through when he was able to make herbal formulations for
treatment of life threatening diseases. His break through research work was taken very well by all
the businessman and Funding bodies but none came forward to invest money and lead the
formulation for testing and final commercialization.

Dr. Mahesh realised that people do want to take up his idea and patent it in their own names rather
than giving him funding. Time was running out for him as whatever money he had was finishing fast
and the herbal formulation was far from final testing, patenting and commercialization.

He took a tough decision to form a company with all the limited resources he had in the name of
Adamya Herbal care, with renewed vigour and one last hope he started to get his herbal formulation
to be tested at Government Laboratories across India, He was distributing free samples and various
places by putting up camps. Sooner than later his hard work started to pay and Government
laboratories across India started giving him positive reports for his herbal formulations along with
positive response from people who took his herbal medication, their medical reports were showing
positive changes . At the verge of bankruptcy Dr. Mahesh found investors who were ready to invest
money into his venture and were looking to be a part of the life changing herbal revolution which
could help save people thousands of rupees in terms of money and allopathic medication.

Today Dr. Mahesh has filed several patents and is leading his team in field of Herbal care. His
products are cheaper than allopathic medication and have shown positive response even in patients
who have been shown no results in allopathic medication. Lately he has signed MoU with few
Government bodies for further development of his herbal formulations for which he will receive
grants.
