(QAF) STAFF CODE OF ETHICS

Dear Factory Management

(QAF) is vetted by nirapon. The role of the (QAF) is to provide engineering and technical
assessments for the factories and Nirapon Member Brands. We, (QAF) will provide
independent engineering reports to Nirapon and the factories. Nirapon will review reports and
provide recommendation as required to Member Brands.

For this purpose, (QAF) team is visiting your factory to identify, support and verify the safety
improvement trends & status against BNBC, NFPA and other relevant standards and
regulations. Our observation findings will be recorded and shared with the respective member
company. We request you to render your cooperation to the team and enable us to do our job
in a professional manner.

Nirapon has implemented a strict ‘Code of Ethics’ for QAF’s staff which prohibits the
acceptance of gifts, payment, or benefit of any kind. This Code of Ethics letter is presented to
all factory management & workers representative to explain the expectations we have for our
own staff as well as factory staff during our visit.

I kindly request you to read, understand & sign this document and follow it accordingly:

1. Bribe requests: Never under any circumstances give in to demands or requests for
benefits or payments from QAF’s employee or representative. If QAF employee or
representative requests or solicits for any direct or indirect benefit or payment we
expect you to contact us immediately.
2. Bribe offers: Never, under any circumstances offer a payment, bribe, gift or benefit to
any QAF employee or representative. Any benefit given or offered to QAF employee
will be considered as a corrupt practice and will be reported to our client within 24
hours.
3. Undue pressure: Do not put any pressure on our employees to execute their work in
a subjective way or to amend their findings. Furthermore, do not directly seek out our
employees outside of the visit time period, for example, at their homes, hotel, etc. for
any reason.
4. Work environment: Please create an environment where QAF team can work freely
& constructively in a way that is allows them to do their job properly, timely, and in such
a way that the expectations can be met.
5. Lunch: QAF employees or representatives may not take lunch at an outdoor
restaurant with factory management. If situation allows us to take lunch or any snacks
from factory premise only, QAF staff will pay the amount with invoice.
6. Rides: QAF employees may not accept rides to the factory location. Employees may
only accept rides under unique circumstances where alternative transportation is not
available, but that case needs to be recorded properly.
If you’re in doubt about the professionalism or conduct of any QAF employee or
representative, please contact me or Nirapon immediately and we will objectively investigate
your complaint with full confidentiality of your identity.
