*Note: If the pipe diameter is greater than 910mm a full assessment will be required by Council as the concurrence agency. The full assessment can
be done by completing the standard Council Building Over Infrastructure form, along with the Integrated Development Assessment System (IDAS) Form
1 clearly identifying the request for assessment of building over infrastructure by Council in accordance with QDC MP 1.4.
General Provisions - Pipe diameter must be less than or equal to 910mm to be eligible for Fast Track BONSW
Performance Criteria Acceptable Solutions
1. Adequate access MET N/A
Adequate access is provided to storm The design ensures a clear area of at least 1m wide x 2m high is provided to the maintenance hole,

making of the Request for Consent) for the type of development referred to in the Request for Consent.
