Objectives:

 to determine the natural factors that will influence the site development of a sports
center
 to determine the cultural factors that will influence the site development of a sports
center
 to determine the aesthetic factors that will influence the site development of a sports
center
How to do this?

A. use google map to locate the site. You can find the following info:

1. STREET MAP AND TRAFFIC. Get the historical traffic conditions to determine the usual traffic
conditions

2. EXISTING SITE CONDITIONS. Get photos of the existing conditions (vegetation, surrounding, others)
using the street view

The existing site is a vacant land with no structures, and no existing trees and good for sports center
development. The Google map showed that the proposed site is an open land-an agricultural land

The proposed site is good for a sports complex because the proposed land use is commercial/
residential. The condition of the environment will be needed to support the use of a sports complex.
