Jerry Baldwin was 30 years old. He owned a pizza restaurant. He lived in an

apartment about one mile north of the restaurant. He walked to and from work. When it was
raining, he selected the bus for transportation.

Jerry loved gangster movies. When a new one appeared on the big screen, he would go to
the theater and watch that movie three or four times. Indeed, he watched his first gangster
movie when he was four. Then, when it turned into dvd video, Jerry would buy the video at
Barney’s Video Store. Jerry gathered a home collection of over 1,000 gangster videos. Old
ones, new ones, color, black and white, English, Spanish, Japanese--he enjoyed them all.
He could tell you the name of the movie, the director, the stars, and the plot. Did you say
you liked “Pulp Fiction” or “The Godfather”? Well, Jerry would rattle off all the details of
that movie. This young boy always played famous gangster movies’ soundtracks in his way
to work, and he constantly seemed to be transforming himself into one of them. Jerry was a
nice guy but he needed a little attention.

Jerry finally decided that he would like to own a gun because wanted recreate a
scene of his movie favorite. Then goes to buyed a gun of low caliber for searched a place
was filmated "The Godfather" and there looked than were stealing a old man and he
trieded to help to defended with the gun but was injured and in the hospital. When was in
the hospital was visited for a police officer congratulate you for his act heroic
