Subject: 2020 Statutory Holidays and Floater Days: Ontario

In Ontario, Employees may choose to take either Family Day as a Public Holiday OR a Substitute Holiday scheduled

below. The Substitute Holiday is a replacement for Family Day and will be paid Public Holiday pay. The company also

offers 2 Floater days shown below.

Here is the list of the statutory holiday days and Company floater days for Employees in Ontario for 2020.

The first statutory holiday day in 2021 will be:

New Year’s Day Friday, January 1, 2021

* = Customer Service, Credit & Shipping will be staffed for US Orders.

** = Customer Service, Credit & Shipping will be staffed for Canadian and US Orders.
(If employees are required to work on a Public Holiday, An alternative day will be agreed in compliance with ESA Standards)

Where plant operations dictate a need to schedule a day other than the 1 and 2 Floater days (Dec 29 and 31), alternate days
within the same calendar year will be provided and confirmed by the Site Leader. Employees covered by a Collective Bargaining
Agreement (“CBA”) should refer to the terms of their CBA with respect of Holiday days”
