NOTICE

to Owners and Residents at the Parc Riviera

10033 River Rd, Richmond

Prostar Painting will be painting the hallways in your building

On The 6th and 7th Floor ONLY

(3rd & 5th Floor in 2021 and 1st & 2nd in 2022)

• We will start on Monday, March 16, on the top floor.

• We will be painting
o walls
o baseboards
o metal doors, including elevator doors
o door frames at unit doors (the unit doors will not be
painted)

• Please be aware of our “Wet Paint” signs.

• We do not need to restrict traffic in the hallways so you will be

able to freely move around.
