Exterior pressure wash and window cleaning will be taking place for

EPS 1617 Building E.

What this means for you:

All items must be removed from balconies and patios

Keep all windows and doors CLOSED
All screens on outside of windows should be removed
(patio screen doors do not need to be removed)

Notices will be updated as areas are completed.

If you are in a corner unit, please wait until both sides are complete.

Dates: April 1st, 2020 – April 14th, 2020

Pressure washing will begin on the South side.

April 1, 2 & 3, 2020 – South side pressure wash and clean

April 3, 6 & 7, 2020 – West side pressure wash and clean
April 7, 8 & 9, 2020 – North side pressure wash and clean
April 9, 10 & 13, 2020 – East side pressure wash and clean

In case of schedule change, please check notices before opening your

windows and doors, or putting items back out on your patios or
balconies.
