Analysis: As we can see from the financial ratios the overall position of
the company is the same as before in the market. But the operating
profit is negative because the operating expenses of the company
increased from last year hence the net profit also decreased.

The Net profit ratio shows that the management of the company is
efficient and profitable also. The earning per share also shows that the
company is increasing its assets very slowly. That’s why there is no
change in the price earnings ratio. But the company is able to pay its
interest on liabilities and it also maintained its overall liability on overall
assets. It’s most of the funds required are fulfilled by issuing long-term
liability instead of Equity.
