AUTO 30-60BPM ROTARY RINSING/FILLING & CAPPING MACHINE

(Note: For 40BPM & 60BPM The mentioned specifications will vary according to the machine capacity)

1. INFEED CONVEYOR / AIR BLOW CONVEYOR: 5 ft.
long infeed conveyor with guided. Empty bottles have to be loaded
manually on this conveyor.
2. RINSING SYSTEM : The bottles are automatically picked by the
rinsing rotor, using spring loaded grippers. Bottles are inverted
automatically to start the rinsing cycle which in most cases used product
water as the rinse medium. Machine provides the feature NO BOTTLE-NO
RINSE, which safeguards against wastage of treated water. Then after
bottles are held at the neck, there is no distortion of the bottle profile. At the
end of the rinsing cycle, the bottle is drained of most residual water, before
being straightened out and handed over to the filling rotor.
3. FILLING SYSTEM: The filling system fills every bottles to the
desired volume adopting the Vent pipe filling principle for accurate filling.
The valves are actuated automatically by the bottles when lifted up to
commence filling. In this stage again the bottles are held at the neck by
neck holding lifters.

4. CAPPING SYSTEM: In capping system the bottles held at the neck

firmly during capping to produce absolutely leak proof results. Caps are
feed into the machine by an automatic cap elevator with an SS hopper
which can accommodate a good amount of caps.
5. OUTFEED CONVEYOR : 15 Feet long slat conveyor with SS
guide, Inspection Table & Heat Shrink Tunnel.

Excise : At present not applicable, if applicable at the time of dispatch will be borne by you.

GENERAL COMMERCIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS & SCOPE OF WORK

1. SCOPE OF SUPPLY:
Our scope of work is limited to the items mentioned in our offer. Anything not specifically mentioned on our quotation
to be considered outside scope of our supply.

2. PRICE
Prices quoted are for Design Engineering, Manufacture, Installation and Commissioning, Training etc. Prices are firm
but subject to statutory variations. Unless otherwise stated our offer is Ex-our works and are Exclusive of packing,
forwarding, loading, incidental charges, insurance, freight etc and are extra on clients account.

3. DELIVERY PERIOD:
Within 6 to 8 weeks from date of technically and commercially clear order along with advance as indicated in the
payment terms. Delivery period quoted is subject to Force Meajure conditions.

4. TERMS OF PAYMENT:
Our payment terms are as follows:
1. 40% as advance along with the Purchase order
2. 30% Second advance intermediate
3. Balance 30% along with Taxes & Duties against PROFORMA INVOICE, before despatch

5. TAXES AND DUTIES

Our offer does not include any Sales tax, Octroi, Excise duty or any other Government levies and these will be extra
to buyers account as applicable on the date of delivery. Excise duties and Sales Tax will be extra as per Government
Rule. For Interstate, If Form ‘C’ is produced tax reduction is applicable as per Government Rules.
Present Availing Rates of Sales tax is : 12.5% VAT

6. VALIDITY:
Our offer is valid for 30 days from the date of submission after which is subject to our confirmation.
Note : Our prices are based on the current market price of SS mtrl, Any fluctuation at the time of finalisation
will be considered at prevailing Rate. servo voltage stabiliser , in case of sharp voltage fluctuation present at
site will be required.

7. FORCE MEAJURE CLAUSE:
If at any time the execution of this order is affected by war, hostilities invasion, Act of Foreign enemies Civil War,
rebellion, revolution insurrection, riots and civil commotion acts of state and acts of god, such as earthquakes, floods
and other acts of nature which could not have been reasonably foreseen or reasonably made provision for or insured
against, then extension of time for supply as may be warranted on intimated from us.

8. MANPOWER TRAINING:
We will train your manpower for during installation and commissioning at site.

9. ERECTION AND COMMISSIONING:

A team of our engineers will be deputed to the project site for Erection Installation and Commissioning of the plant and
machinery supplied by us. Client requires to bear To & Fro Traveling Expenses + Lodging and Boarding at site for our
engineers deputed.

Note : All Civil work (including foundations) , pumps, storage tanks, pipeline other than specified in battery limits,
necessary Tools & Tackles, cutting, welding, workshop facility, man power, electrical connections (three phase or
single phase as required),cables, Chemicals required(including initial charge) etc. will be provided by you.

10. ESSENCE OF THE CONTRACT:

Delivery schedule and commissioning the project is directly related to customers fulfilling his obligations in respect of
terms of payment. Installation and Commissioning is directly related to customer’s fulfilling his Building and other
requirements to line up the same.

11. INSPECTION :
Customer will be intimated to inspect the items before dispatch as otherwise the item after receipt of the payment will
be dispatched as per dispatch instructions. It is understood that manufactured item will be inspected by our internal
inspection wing before dispatch. Any type of inspection cost incurred will be borne by you. We can give you only visual
inspection.

12. INSURANCE:
Transit Insurance by you. However we shall intimate you the dispatch details to effect insurance.

13. GUARANTEE/ WARANTEE:

The product of our manufacture carries a guarantee against manufacturing defects, for a period of Twelve months,
from the date of dispatch from our factory. Please note that the guarantee is restricted to mechanical items only and is
limited to repair replacement of defective spares and accessories and does not cover any consequent losses of
damages. The guarantee will not cover normal wear and tear of the parts or defects due to mishandling of the
equipment or negligence. As regards bought out items like Compressor, Pumps, Motors, Instruments, etc., the
guarantee offered by the manufacturers of these items would be passed on to you and it is limited to the guarantee
offered by the respective manufacturers.

The membrane warranty is subject to proper pretreatment of feed. Module chocking is not covered in the warranty.

14. SUBSTITUTION OF MATERIALS:

In the event of non-availability of steel or any other material of a particular section or quality, we will be using the
nearest available alternate section with the approval of the Buyers. Any increase or decrease on this scope will be to
the buyers Account.

15. JURISDICTION:
All disputes will be subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction Only

16. LAYOUTS & PLANT DESIGN :

Detailed Designing of plant and plant layout as per BIS hygienic Standards will be provided by NISHU the
architectural drawing / structural drawing to be prepared by client as per the layout provided by NISHU.

17. ELECTRICAL DETAILS :

Details regarding Electrical Drawings and load requirement will be provided by NISHU, All electrical connections and
arrangement of electricity including documentation to be done by the client as per the designs & suggestions
provided.

18. ANCILLARIES :
All required ancillaries such as Raw water tanks, pipings from bore well to raw water tanks and from there to the inlet
of raw water pump, Air conditioners, Air curtains, fly kits, lightning, exhaust fans etc in client’s scope. Detailing will be
given by NISHU

19. ISI DOCUMENTATION:

Arrangement of Documents such as Gram panchayat NOC, Pollution Control NOC, etc related to Application of ISI
marking in client’s scope, all details regarding the documents required will be provided by NISHU. NISHU will assist in
getting ISI License for the project.

20. NISHU will assist the Client in all maximum possible ways for the project which lies in its approach.

21. CANCELLATION OF ORDER:

In case of cancellation of Order, following cancellation charges will be paide by the purchaser :-
 Within One week of Order : 20%
 Within Two weeks of Order : 40%
 After Three weeks of Order : Balance

21. EXCLUSIONS OF OFFER: Please note out offer does not include the following:
-- All types of civil works including foundations, drains, drain sumps storage tank neutralization pit.
-- Safe storage of tank, chemicals and other accessories at site.
-- All types of electrical wiring and cabling including motors starters MCC control panels etc.
-- Regeneration and dosing chemicals laboratories reagents required for the initial start of the plant and normal
operation of plant.
-- Piping up to the inlet of plant machineries and drain outlets. GI piping’s & fitments for Jar wash room.
-- Watch and Ward.
-- Earthen materials.
-- Covered storage facilities.
-- Lighting and Water supply facilities.
-- Unloading, storage and security of equipment at site.
-- Plant building and its illumination and ventilation.
-- Any other equipment, work and services not specifically mentioned as forming part of our offer.
-- Labor and tools required for erection and commissioning.
-- Hangers / fixtures and supports required for Electrical connections and piping.
