Work experience in jobs that will benefit a future career as a high school math teacher. Experience ranges from
working with the ages toddler to high school-age students. Content knowledge (mathematics) and classroom
management skills were used in the jobs listed below. Overall, both provided quality experience that built toward

Substitute Teacher for High School- Level Students


 Substituted in a variety of classes and environments.
 Guided students through required material, provided by the teacher.
 Used classroom management skills to create a productive environment.
 Sometimes, created a lesson plan or provided other sources of time consumption if no plans were left by the
absent teacher.

CLASSICAL CONVERSATIONS HOMESCHOOLING PROGRAM Yuma, AZ 2010 to 2014

 Provided childcare for parents who had students in the Classical Conversations Homeschooling Program one

because they will create a more diverse and creative learning environment, benefiting both the students and
teacher. Work will be more efficient and productive if these skills are used appropriately in the classroom
