Critically assess and evaluate the strategic choices made by an


organization

For this group project, each student has to choose an organization in order to
assess and evaluate its strategic choices within the last 3 to 5 years. For this
purpose, students are free to use any model, framework, theory they want in
order to analyze (rather than merely describe) the strategic choices made by the
company.

The question that needs to be answered is the following:

“Has the chosen company got sustainable competitive advantage in their


respective market?”

Guidance to all students will be provided during classes.

An indicative content for the report (which should not exceed 3000 words in
length) is as follows:
