DEED OF DONATION

This DEED OF DONATION is made, executed and entered into this 20th day of

Village, Brgy. Balibago, Angeles City, herein referred to as DONEE.

WITNESSETH;

That the DONOR is the lawful owner of a certain motor vehicle which is

That the DONEE, a friend of the DONOR for ten years, is betrothed to the
sister of the DONOR, Ivana Panelo;

That for and in consideration of the marriage between the DONEE and the
sister of the DONOR on May 1, 2020, the DONOR hereby voluntarily gives,
transfers and conveys by way of donation unto the DONEE, his heirs and assigns,
the above-described motor vehicle, free from all liens and encumbrances;

That the DONOR does hereby state, for the purpose of giving full effect to
this donation, that he has reserved for himself, in full ownership, sufficient
property to support him in a manner appropriate to his needs;

That the DONEE does hereby accept this donation of the above-described
property for which he expresses gratitude for the kindness and liberality of the
DONOR.
