    1. Reference: Admin Monthly Report for the month of March 2020.

    2. ICOW the above reference, you are hereby directed to submit within 24 hours
    upon receipt of this memorandum (Attn: Admin Section) your explanation letter duly
    notarized by a lawyer on why no disciplinary action has been taken against you for not
    submitting your monthly report on its deadline March 5, 2020.

    3. Further, such explanation will be the basis for pre – charge evaluation.

    4. Failure on your part to do so, this office will constraint to impute administrative
    sanction.
