b. Breakdown Cost of Quotation;
c. Conditions of Contract for Quotation;
d. Terms and Specifications;
e. Standard Specification for Mechanical & Electrical Works;
f. Schedule of Rates;
g. Drawings; and
h. Corrigendum/Addendum issued by the Corporation (if any).

complete the Works and remedy any defects therein in conformity with the above documents

2. We undertake, if our Quotation is accepted, to commence the Works on the date or

dates specified in the Letter of Acceptance and if there is no such date or dates then as
soon as is reasonably possible after the receipt of an order to that effect from the
Superintending Officer and to complete the whole of the Works comprised within the
Contract by the Time for Completion or Times for Completion.

3. We agree that the Corporation reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any bid the
Corporation may receive.

4. We agree that the Corporation reserves the right to accept and award the Quotation
either in total or in parts.

5. We agree that in the event of any discrepancy between the Total Amount shown in the
“Response Line” of the Supplier Response in GeBIZ and the Lump Sum Quotation
Price shown in the Form of Quotation (submitted as attachment), the former shall
prevail.

6. We agree to furnish the Corporation with further breakdown/details of our Lump Sum
Quotation Price as and when required by the Corporation.
