Introduction of department head of tender
Basic information for tender was given by Mr. MANOJ KHATRI.
He is an arts graduate.
He has work experience of 6 years at Ranbaxy (documentation).
After which he started working at Zydus in the same field (documentation).
Currently he is working at origins formulation ltd since last 2 years.
TENDER
It usually refers to the process whereby governments and financial institutions invite bids for large
projects that must be submitted within a finite deadline.
In past manual tenders were used which had no transparency and so currently encrypted tender took
its place that is online tender system which has 100% transparency.
Currently at four places tender of origins formulations is going on : Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu,
Karnataka.
Tender publishing takes around 20-25 days.
The documents which are required to be attached with the tender are Manufacturing license, turnover
certificate, balance sheet, profit and loss statement of last 3 years, non conviction certificate, Market
and manufacturing certificate, FDI form and product permission.
An insight on the tender filling problems was given (Execution problem) like supply of drugs is not
within time limit.
Penalty after the time limit was explained which is 0.2% of the tender value / day.
What is black list and how it works in corporate was explained and insight on lowest rate ( L1, L2,
L3…) was given.

Introduction of department head of HUMAN RESOURCE
Basic information on HR department was given Mr. Vikas Sharma.
He is engaged with origin formulation since last 2 years.
HUMAN RESOURCE
Recruitment and training procedure was explained. Basically recruitment is act of shortlisting and
appointing suitable candidates for jobs.
Training procedure is to train the employee for specific things like attitude, behaviour, email
etiquette etc.
A brief on Competency matrix was given.
How the promotions of the employee are carried out and what are the main basis on which
promotions are decided was explained.
There is no Standard system of Data analysing with the company.
A brief on employee benefit operations like the medical allowance and leave were discussed.
KEY RESULT AREA & KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATIOR were discussed and how they are
checked.
