moment to regroup with parents and family, many people from big cities like Jakarta are going home
with various kinds of vehicles. This year, the most widely used transportation is private cars because the
infrastructure for going home is adequate like Trans Java. So that many people are stuck in traffic jams
for hours. This condition makes oil fuel consumption increase significantly during the flow of
homecoming. Based on BPH Migas data, overall the increase in fuel consumption reached 13%.

Many private cars run out of fuel on toll roads because of the difficulty of access to the rest area, this is
caused by traffic jams that occur.

The goal is how to overcome the problems that occur so that the travelers do not run out of fuel when
going home

The solution for Pertamina must be to prepare permanent and temporary gas stations at the toll road
area.

Sell fuel savers in a rest area to minimize cars that run out of fuel
Make an application to find out where the gas stations are located in the toll road area so that travelers
can predict when they should refuel their cars

In conclusion, to minimize cars that run out of fuel due to congestion that occurs, Pertamina must
prepare permanent and temporary gas stations, sell fuel savers, and make applications to find out the
position of gas stations along the toll road.
